The Society for Human Research Management — the world’s largest HR membership organization, representing more than 275,000 members in over 160 countries — chose Blue to handle creative for a marketing and branding campaign and to promote the organization’s new competency-based certification program for human resource professionals. Blue created television, digital, print and radio ads designed to reinforce SHRM as the trusted and credible HR leader/authority among SHRM members, HR professionals and the employer community. The television commercial won a 2015 Gold MarCom award and a 2016 Gold Summit Creative Award.
